When CLS Holdings was looking to acquire four, prestigious properties in Middlesex, Surrey, Kent and Berkshire, the company needed to commission due diligence inspections and reports very quickly to allow the purchase to progress.

With completion imminent, PBC was commissioned to inspect and provide executive summary reports for over 107,000sqft of offices to be acquired, and was given a seven-day deadline to complete the work.

The surveys of the properties were all successfully undertaken by the PBC team, led by Alistair Slater, and the acquisition went ahead as planned.
