The Project

Set in the heart of bustling Soho, 2 Royalty Mews is a collection of four unique loft apartments which have been elegantly redeveloped and designed from its former identity. A stunning piece of artwork has been commissioned to conceal the entrances to each apartment with the upper floor units accessed via a striking communal staircase set in the mews itself.

PBC Scope

PBC were asked to appraise and monitor the change of use and redevelopment of this property. Our services were undertaken on behalf of the funder from inception through to completion and we were required to review and report upon all aspects of the scheme, including recommendations for drawdown of monthly payments.
