Planned Maintenance Reports

We prepare planned maintenance reports and programmes’ to ensure that all future maintenance requirements and repairing obligations are met. Planned maintenance also assists property managers in setting service charge budgets and allocating future expenditure.

SKA Rating Assessments

SKA Rating is a standard method for undertaking environmental impact assessment and certification of fit-out, refurbishment and retrofit projects in non-domestic buildings. Unlike BREEAM or LEED assessments SKA Rating is not a whole building assessment method, but scores individual projects within buildings irrespective of the base build/external fabric.

Sustainable fit-outs result in more comfortable, cleaner and more cost-efficient working environments. Improving the sustainability of working environments through the SKA assessment helps reduce the ongoing operational costs related to the occupation of a refurbished space whilst improving the overall comfort and wellbeing of the occupants.

Our assessor becomes an integral member of the project team, able to provide advice and guidance on achieving a SKA Rating looking at the Design, Construction and Occupancy stages of the project. The assessor will undertake assessments throughout the project to measure its performance against the SKA Rating criteria with the overall goal of awarding the project a certified rating during the construction and occupancy stages.

Defects Analysis

Through investigation and Defects Analysis we can identify the cause of any building defects.

We work with other parties and specialists resulting in the recommendations and budgets for remedial work.

In addition, we arrange for the works to be undertaken and can advise on any resulting repairing liability issues or other liabilities under design or construction warranties.
