PBC are instructed to Project Manage the conversion of a vacant 56 bedroom care and nursing home in North West London into 27 residential apartments including secure underground parking and landscaped gardens.

A key consideration of the scheme is the design and layout to minimise the impact on the surrounding neighbourhood and a strong sustainability requirement. Following design and cost workshops with the project team, it was elected to proceed with a pre-planning application with further consideration given to ensure the construction and future life of the building has a positive impact on the environment.

The project is currently at the Planning stage and pending approval, detailed design is to progress later this year.
