PBC provided initial Due Diligence Appraisal advice and Monitored this high-end residential development, which involved the demolition and clearance of an existing 1980’s two storey house and attached garage on a 1-acre plot, and the construction of a new detached two-storey Georgian style house of 11,200 sq. ft, with basement, swimming pool and integral garages, finished to a very high standard.
