Project Management and Employer’s Agent services in connection with the development of a new motorway service area at J9 of the M25 (60 acre site), including petrol filling station, amenity building, Days Inn hotel, site access roads, infrastructure, services and landscaping. PBC are also appointed to Project Manage and supervise the offsite S278 highway works, motorway slip roads and under bridge.
