About the project
On behalf of the Landlord, PBC was appointed to prepare a fully priced terminal schedule of dilapidations for a 126,000 sq ft distribution warehouse.
PBC was subsequently instructed to negotiate a financial settlement with the outgoing tenant in respect of damages, disrepair, and reinstatement liabilities.
