The Project

 

We are instructed to provide appraisal and monitoring services to the Bank in connection with the extension and refurbishment of a 5-storey (including basement) industrial building originating from the 19th Century, the original use of which was a piano factory.

PBC Scope

 

The existing building extends to 1,799m2 (19,364sqft) (GIA) of B1a Office Space and is being refurbished to provide open-plan, Category A office accommodation for final fit-out by an incoming tenant, on a pre-lease agreement.

The existing building is to be extended with planning permission gained for an additional storey at 4th floor level and upon completion the building will provide increased (GIA) accommodation to 1,957m2 (21,065sqft).
