I would like to thank PBC for their hard work on the refurbishment of the 2nd floor at 84 Bondway. The refurbishment has been well received by all at CLS and the facilities are already being put to full use by all the staff. I look forward to working with them on similar projects in the future.
It has been a great pleasure working with PBC in developing SAS UK’s new flagship offices at 199 Bishopsgate, London. PBC provided strong project management skills in delivering our vision for the customer-centric offices, right in the heart of London’s financial district. Throughout the development, PBC were always on hand to provide sound and valuable advice. The project not only delivered on time, under budget, and snag free but was great fun in maturing as a collaborative team effort between SAS and PBC. Together, we have delivered a real quality environment which now hosts members of the SAS team and offers the “wow” factor for visiting customers.
Without the constant support and advice from PBC it is doubtful whether we would have such a fantastic building.

Extra MSA Group were pleased to retain the Project Management and associated services of P&BC on its new M25 Cobham Motorway Service Area development, which opened Summer 2012. Extra and P&BC have had a long established professional relationship for some 12 years, working together on a range of Motorway and Trunk Road Service Area developments. The Cobham MSA (M25 J9 – J10) is one of the largest and busiest facilities of its kind in the UK, in a truly unique location approximately midway between Gatwick and Heathrow Airports. It serves both carriageways of the M25 by way of a new underpass and slip roadswhich were constructed as part of the overall new development.
