PBC has announced the appointment of two new members of its team. The creation of these new roles reflects the company’s growing reputation as one of the Capital’s fastest-growing project management and building consultancies.
Robert Thornton-Smith has joined the team as a Project Manager. He holds an Honours Degree in Construction Management and at PBC will be responsible for project managing a number of the company’s new projects.
Ben Hallowell, who has joined the Professional team at PBC, qualified as a building surveyor with a First-Class Honours Degree. He also received the prestigious RICS East Midlands Outstanding Student Award for Building Surveying in 2016. Ben has worked with a range of clients from private individuals to large housing trusts and developers. He also has experience in contract administration, employers’ agent, dilapidations as well as building pathology, building surveys and party walls.
Commenting on the new appointments, PBC Managing Director Paul Philips said: “PBC prides itself on building relationships with clients that are long-term and are built on trust. As a result of this, we have been appointed to work on a number of exciting, new projects. Robert and Ben are therefore joining us at a very busy time and we are delighted to welcome them to the PBC team.”
