David is a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience looking after clients and their properties across all real estate sectors. He provides comprehensive professional expertise to owners of commercial property portfolios, including offices, industrial and logistics premises, data centres, hotels, museums and other leisure facilities. He also acts for clients of commercially let residential portfolios, as well as high end residential properties and purpose built student accommodation.

David has particular expertise in relation to listed heritage assets and, in addition to design and specification, contract administration, dilapidations and technical due diligence, he leads the specialist party wall and neighbourly matters capability of the business.

David enjoys spending time with his family and indulges in his passion for motorcycling.
