Paul has over 30 years’ experience within both project management and building surveying roles. He is the business leader and has qualifications in both Project Management and Building Surveying, with a keen passion and energy for delivering projects on time and to budget.

Broad experience in construction consultancy services dealing with commercial, residential, retail, leisure and industrial properties enables Paul to advise for a range of clients, including occupiers, property companies, corporations, funders, institutions, pension funds and tenant end users.

Paul would be responsible for ensuring you receive the best service from PBC.

He has a keen passion for Rugby and is a Saracens fan and a loyal supporter of the England team, however disappointing!
