The Project

PBC’s neighbourly matters team chaperoned this project to a successful commencement on site, completing a period of project planning, feasibility and eventual negotiation of Party Wall Awards under which the work could proceed.

PBC Scope

The neighbourly matters team advised the client and designers on development of details to work with the intricacies of the structure and adjoining enclosing the site, following which they provided a feasibility report, covering matters such as rights capable of exercise, costs, programme and risk.

Party Wall Awards for twelve adjoining interests were successfully agreed by the Building Consultancy Team allowing the development to proceed, which will include a retail unit, five residential apartments, and a mews house with basement.

PBC’s Project Management Team was also appointed to provide Project Management and Contract Administration services for the project.
