Development Monitoring Surveyor
PBC is looking for a Development Monitoring Building Surveyor to join its growing Building Consultancy Team.

PBC currently has 5 qualified surveyors who provide development monitoring instructions but we are looking to establish a specialist team to exclusively deliver our specialist IMS services.  As part of this strategic restructuring, we plan to recruit a Development Monitoring Surveyor to assist with our steady stream of new IMS instructions and strong pipeline.  The successful candidate will be able to operate independently, as well as providing valuable support to the team head and associate director.  Consequently, there is a great opportunity for an experienced and ambitious candidate to become a valued member of a growing team and contribute positively to the future growth of the business with future their own progression in mind.

Project Manager
PBC is looking to appoint a well-rounded Project Manager who is able to deliver projects with a commercial office and industrial bias, having strong pre- and post-contract experience. The candidate is to have relevant a background and qualifications for the role with 3-5 year’s experience in the industry with either MRICS, CIOB, MAPM or who is close to completing.

Graduate Building Surveyor
PBC is looking for a well-rounded individual keen to progress their APC with 1-2 year’s post-university experience in a similar practice. Ideally the candidate would have prior knowledge of several of the key professional areas of work such as Due Diligence, Party Wall, Schedules of Condition and Contract Administration.

Chartered Building Surveyor
PBC is looking for a Chartered Surveyor, preferably with +3 years post-RICS Chartership, who is looking to make the move in the short term to (or may already be suitable for) Senior Surveyor. Candidates would need to have a strong emphasis on Contract Administration, but other areas of practice/interest would be beneficial.
