PBC have been appointed by Lamington Group to provide cost and project management services for their latest Second Nature hotel development in York.

The former office building on site has been demolished, and archaeological investigations were completed before the construction works could commence.

The works will deliver a bespoke 116-key aparthotel in a prime city location, designed to meet the latest operator brand standards, opening in 2027.

Second Nature are at the forefront of sustainable development and their hotel developments are all constructed and operated to achieve low carbon, low energy and zero waste standards.
