About the project
PBC is currently managing the full refurbishment and construction of the complex 60,000 sq ft retrofit development on behalf of Princeton Investments.
The refurbishment will provide 5nr floors of Cat A office accommodation and 3nr floors of Cat B office accommodation initially. The lower ground, ground and L1 spaces are designed for medial use.
The project comprises the demolition of the upper two floors and rear façade to accommodate an additional new level and six storey rear extension.
The project is targeting a BREEAM excellent rating and an EPC B.
Works are currently on site and are due to complete in September 2026.
