The Project

This project comprises of a mixed use development of 39 high end residential Units, 1 high end detached private house with outdoor amenity space and communal landscaping, and approximately 700m2 of commercial b1 use.

PBC Scope

The existing site consists of brick built warehouse type buildings which will be largely retained and refurbished, along with the demolition of two structures on the site and the construction of a basement, ground and five storey new building to the north east corner of the site.
