The Project
PBC were appointed to provide Employer’s Agent duties for our Landlord Client, to manage the CAT A and CAT A+ refurbishment of their vacant space across 2 floors.
The 2 floors were delivered across 2 phases, the first phase was to fit out a new CAT A standard and the second phase was the take the space from a CAT A condition to a CAT A+.
Works on site were completed within the construction programme and to budget.
