Pre-Acquisition—Schedule of Condition Survey
PBC were instructed to undertake 3D Matterport surveys of the clients commercial assets prior to pre-acquisition of a cinema in Nottingham.
The Matterport survey conducted recorded all areas front and back of house, as well as recorded the plant areas located on the main roof deck.
The survey was carried out across two days and provided the client with an accurate 360 record of the asset prior to acquisition.
