Mark Merritt of PBC’s Development Monitoring Team was appointed to act on behalf of the lender on this new-build development in Hanwell, west London, overseeing the project through to successful completion in June 2026.
Built on land to the rear of 70 Church Road, the scheme provides six terraced mews houses, each with a private rear garden. The homes are a mix of two- and three-storey designs, offering two or three bedrooms, and sit just a three-minute walk from Hanwell station, with direct Elizabeth line services into central London.
