PBC’s Development Monitoring Team was appointed to act on behalf of CapitalRise on this mixed-use development in South Ealing, overseeing the project through to successful completion.
The scheme involved refurbishing the existing pub into a combined pub and restaurant, while the upper floors were redeveloped to create eight flats through a mix of new build and refurbishment. A separate barn was also converted into a detached three-bedroom home.
