Elsley House, London

PBC were instructed to provide Contract Administration and Project Management services for the courtyard, and first and second floors at Elsley House, a 1920s Art Deco building in the heart of Fitzrovia.

The works comprised a newly landscaped courtyard and the full refurbishment of the gym & wellness studio and office spaces, including tea points, meeting rooms, and communal areas, creating a contemporary, fully managed workspace.

The project is built around the concept of the hearth, inspired by the building’s connection to Thomas Elsley, a renowned local metalwork fabricator celebrated for his craftsmanship and his decorative Dutch fireplace tiles.
