PBC Scope

PBC were appointed as Landlord Surveyors to provide independent professional advice, consultancy services, oversee and manage each tenant’s Licence for Alterations application and monitor all tenant’s ‘fit-out’ works across each of Ballymore’s 9 retail units within Embassy Gardens.

Evernight, located on Ravine Way within the development is a modern izakaya restaurant showcasing luxury Japanese cuisine within a chic and minimalistic setting.

Challenges

As well as overcoming various structural challenges associated with the installation of a new mezzanine floor for plant, equipment and back of house storage areas, PBC worked closely with the Design Team and contractors to agree on a design of the specialist kitchen extraction and odour control systems. Particular consideration was given to neighbouring active retail units during the construction phase and ‘noisy works’ time slots agreed to mitigate disturbances to other newly opened enterprises at Embassy Gardens.
