About the project
PBC were instructed to undertake a Technical Due Diligence building survey inspection of Fairway Trading Estate, a semi-detached seven-unit industrial estate strategically located close to Heathrow Airport.
As the client placed significant emphasis on ESG improvements, the team was expanded to include sustainability, building services, and environmental consultants, with PBC acting as lead consultant.
We carried out the inspection and report within ten days of inspection, and the executive summary within 48 hours of instruction.
