About the project
PBC were appointed by Columbia Threadneedle Investments to provide Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Cost Management services for a c6,000 sq ft commercial CAT A+ refurbishment, encompassing a full reception and front entrance upgrade alongside a refresh of the building’s common areas.
The redesigned front entrance and reception bring a new lease of life to the building, replacing the old, tired aesthetic with a vibrant and welcoming space.
The CAT A+ space also now offers a plug and play opportunity for future tenants.
The project also remains on track to achieve WiredScore Platinum certification, a significant milestone that confirms its best-in-class digital connectivity, exceptional resilience in internet infrastructure, and superior mobile signal strength.
