The Project

PBC were appointed by the hotel owner to provide cost and project management services to oversee the extension and alteration of this much-loved luxury hotel on Cornwall’s stunning Lizard coastline.

PBC Scope

Part of the Loxley Collection, the extension provides additional rooms as well as new spa, infinity pool, gym and sauna facilities and a new ballroom and bar, which allows the hotel to increase their accommodation, F&B, wedding and events offering.

Internally the existing hotel has been adjusted to accommodate the extension to maximise the additional rooms and guest experience with external car parking and landscaping improvements also factored into the design.

The project is targeting a B EPC rating.

The Loxley Collection is an expanding portfolio of premium hotels situated in breath-taking locations, featuring the White Hart Hotel, Lincoln, the Polurrian on the Lizard in South Cornwall, and the Hotel Victoria in Robin Hood’s Bay, North Yorkshire.
