The Project

 

PBC were appointed to provide Project Management and Employer’s Agent duties for our Landlord Client, to manage the CAT A+ refurbishment of their vacant space.

The Ground Floor was delivered from an existing CAT A condition, into a new CAT A+ fit out.

The scheme comprised the provision for new workstations, meeting rooms, tea point, flexible working spaces and a visitor welcome area.

Works on site were completed within the construction programme and to budget.
