About the project
PBC were appointed to undertake Contract Administration services for the fit out of this 2,500 sq ft yoga and pilates studio, situated in Embassy Gardens, Nine Elms.
Situated in a prime spot on the bustling Union Square, this studio represents the newest venture from award-winning operator Ten Health and Fitness, bringing a distinctive health and lifestyle destination to this fast-growing neighbourhood in South-West London.
Working alongside the developer and future operator, we transformed the space from shell and core to Cat B, ready for tenant occupancy.
The space is a yoga and pilates studio, featuring PT zones, private therapy rooms, and separate male and female changing facilities, across the ground floor and first-floor mezzanine.
