PBC were instructed to undertake Project Management Services for the ground and lower-ground floors at Nineteen Wells Street, a Grade II listed Art Deco building nestled in the heart of Fitzrovia.

PBC Scope

Originally built in 1929 and once home to Sanderson & Sons, the flexible fit-out involved a comprehensive refurbishment and reconfiguration to connect the two floors.

The space was then fitted into a contemporary workplace with thoughtfully designed communal areas centred around delivering high quality standout features including the bold helical staircase connecting the two floors, bespoke joinery bookcase and featured glazed partitioning.

The Fully Managed workplace provides a welcome lounge, reception area, bespoke tea points, meeting rooms and collaborative communal spaces.
