With the tenancy coming to an end, PBC acted on behalf of the landlord for this 3,311 sq ft commercial space:

1nternal Repairing & Insuring (IRI) Lease –5th Floor Office, West End (3,311 sq ft)

Original Claim – £144,983.60 (£43.79 per sq ft) With an Agreed Settlement – £130,594.37 (£39.44 per sq ft)

Timescale: Settled within four weeks of formal service
