Preparation of a fully priced terminal schedule of dilapidations on behalf of the Landlord for 126,000sq.ft distribution warehouse.  Subsequently instructed to negotiate a financial settlement with outgoing tenant in relation to damages, including disrepair and reinstatement liabilities.
