Freddie Dawkins is an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor who joined our Cost Consultancy team in July 2024 for a work experience placement, providing undivided support to our PBC team.

Given his successful placement, we were excited to announce that from the start of November, Freddie permanently joined our PBC team as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor.

Freddie will be starting his studies with the University College of Estate Management early next year, studying to become a Qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor via the Apprenticeship Route.

Within his role, Freddie will be continuing to support George Clark primarily, as well as the wider Cost Consultancy team, assisting with Measurement/Quantification, Cost Planning, Tender and contract documentation, Valuations, Cost Reporting and Final Accounts.

Outside of work, Freddie loves to travel and his favourite destination in 2024 so far has been Krakow!
