Scott Dixon Promoted to Director of The PBC Cost Consultancy Team
We are thrilled to announce Scott Dixon, has been promoted to the position of Director of the PBC Cost Consultancy team.
Scott is an asset to our PBC team, having worked within the construction industry for over 20 years and undertaking the roles of Cost Consultant, Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent and Project Manager.
Scott’s expertise also extends across a wide range of sectors including education, high end residential, ecclesiastical, parks and recreation, listed buildings and performing arts facilities.
Since joining PBC Scott has been involved in delivering projects in the Commercial, Hospitality and Residential Sectors in London and around the UK for various clients, most recently playing a key role in negotiating the contract for a 116 bed new build hotel in York.
He is keen to build on the team’s success in these sectors whilst expanding into other market sectors where his previous experience and expertise can be utilised to help clients achieve their project objectives.
His diverse experience enables him to confidently lead projects, drive team success, and provide timely, strategic advice to clients at every stage.
