The Project

 

We have completed 6,000 sq ft of Fully Managed workspace over three floors at 166 Piccadilly, for GPE. The team delivered consistent project management and quantity surveying services across the 16-week programme, working with Morgan Lovell.

PBC Scope

 

During delivery, the team led the stakeholder management of the existing tenants in occupation and developed a logistics strategy to overcome the challenges of a constrained site with limited access. Meetings rooms, kitchen, breakout and collaborative work areas, as well as core services and common parts were greatly enhanced.

166 Piccadilly now offers three floors of cutting-edge workspace and social space within an asset of period elegance. And we are delighted to learn that two of the three floors are now occupied by tenants.
