The Project
PBC were appointed by Orchard to provide project & cost management services on a c5,000qft CAT A+ refurbishment project across 2 floors. The works to both floors involved the addition of a new board room, various smaller meeting spaces & phone booths, a new teapoint as well as desking and breakout furniture
There were also enhancements made to the non-serviced reception space to enhance the management of deliveries and general tenant signage.
