19-20 Great Sutton Street is a four-storey office located in the vibrant Clerkenwell district.
PBC Scope
PBC was appointed to provide Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Contract Administration services for the refurbishment of this mixed-use building’s common areas. This included creating a new reception and installing a new lift to the office side of the building in addition to refurbishing the rest of the bar & kitchen on the ground and lower ground floor.
While the bar was shut during the work, the office spaces above were occupied. This meant that works and services had to be carefully coordinated so that shut downs and interruptions from noise during daylight hours were kept to a minimum.
