The Project

Harman House is a modern, commercial building in the heart of Uxbridge, and PBC was appointed to provide Project Management and Contract Administration services for the CAT A+ refurbishment of 6,000 sq. ft. of office space on Level 2.

PBC Scope

While the main office accommodation was refurbished in a smart, traditional style, the design also included incorporating a contemporary, exposed services break-out area and kitchenette inside the entrance of the demise.  This mix of traditional and modern has resulted in the perfect blend of two designs, creating a stylish and modern space for any prospective tenants and their visitors.

During the project, it was important that the installation of the breakout area was fully coordinated with the design consultants, to ensure the smooth-running of the refurbishment.  As the rest of the building was also tenanted the works had to be carried out so that disruption and noise was kept to a minimum.
