Development Monitoring Services for the conversion of existing office space into a series of 15 apartments over the upper floors of Paramount House located in vibrant Soho. Concierge services are to be provided at the ground floor, with office, storage and plant space at basement level. The apartments are being finished to a high standard, in keeping with the central location.
