The Project
We were instructed to act on behalf of Grosvenor to check and approve their tenant’s application to undertake extensive alterations to two prestigious Mayfair residences. The main refurbishment was carried out to No 37, whilst No 62 was fitted out for staff. We then monitored the works for the duration of the project to ensure compliance with the agreed specification and plans for the licence.
