The Project

 

The development was undertaken on an open and previously undeveloped site and consisted of the construction of purpose built student accommodation to provide 293 student bedrooms across 12 town houses and 2 apartment blocks. A separate reception block was also provided.  The development was pre-let to the neighbouring Bishop Grosseteste University with students welcomed into this luxury accommodation in September 2024.

The site is now ‘live’ and being enjoyed by the latest student intake.
