PBC were appointed to prepare a schedule of dilapidations for this 47,531 sq ft office, located in St Katharine Docks.
In the heart of central London, St Katharine Docks is located east of Tower Bridge, adjacent to the Tower of London.
Formerly a working dock, it has been carefully redeveloped into a marina and mixed-use area that retains its historic character defined by restored brick warehouses with an enhanced contemporary feel.
PBC acted on behalf of the landlord for this commercial space where the tenant had occupied three floors and undertook various alterations including forming an opening within the structural slab for an interconnecting staircase.
Original Claim – circa £2 mil with an agreed settlement circa £1.7m
