PBC Scope
Following a comprehensive building-wide refurbishment programme, PBC was appointed to provide Project Management and Contract Administration services to split the building’s level 2 floorplate to provide 5,000 sq.ft. of office space. The scope of the project allowed for the comprehensive internal refurbishment of the new demise.
It was important that the new fit-out complemented the look of the existing building, which was contemporary and stylish with exposed services, high-quality finishes, décor and furnishings. The refurbishment and fit-out comprised offices, meeting rooms and break-out spaces.
Throughout the 12-week project the rest of the building was partially tenanted and other building work was being undertaken concurrently. However, the project was completed on programme and budget, the new space on level 2 achieved SKA Gold accreditation.
