The contract administration of the refurbishment of both properties incorporating planning consents for the provision of mansard roofs. Reinstated No 62 back to a single residential use including structural repairs, allowing both properties to be privately let after 5 years of being unoccupied. No 65 was retained in its original 3 maisonette layout.
