The property is a detached self-contained 23,000 sq.ft. building, located in beautiful surroundings sitting on just under one acre of land adjacent to the River Avon in Wiltshire and with a quiet environment.
The project is due for completion in March 2016 and the Principal Contractor, Gaiger Bros are a family business, founded in 1948. Both PBC and Gaiger Bros have completed a number of projects for the client, PBC having previously project managed an office refurbishment of Cedar House over 10 years ago!

Following vacant possesion by the previous tenant, PBC were instructed as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent by Logicor to manage the six month refurbishment of a 300,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse. The works entailed new concrete yard, new warehouse roof, cladding treatment and a full CAT A refurbishment of the office accommodation. This included a new rainscreen cladding system, new windows and doors. Amazon were secured as a tenant during the project and PBC managed the interface between the tenant and client to ensure early access and partial possession were achieved, to enable Amazon gain early access. The project was completed ahead of time in September 2015 and has added substantial value to the client’s asset.

PBC have been appointed to appraise and monitor the new Fisheries Development on behalf of the funder.
Formally known as the Old Fishing Processing Factory at London Fields, the scheme will consist of a new six storey building including 31 new residential apartments and 25,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.
The development is due to start in January 2016 and complete in September 2017.
