Building Consultancy Team Expansion

We’re thrilled to welcome Jason Clancy to our PBC Building Consultancy Team as a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor!

With over six years industry experience, Jason is a Chartered Building Surveyor who achieved his MRICS status in June 2025.

He brings extensive expertise across the residential, commercial, and public sectors, with specialisms in contract administration, defect diagnosis, technical due diligence, PPM, party wall matters, defect reporting and principal designer (CDM/BSA) roles.

With the Building Safety Act representing one of the most significant changes in our industry, Jason will play a key role in expanding and strengthening our Building Safety and Compliance team with his knowledge and experience.
