Jim Heatley Celebrates 5 Years at PBC

This month, we’re thrilled to celebrate Jim Heatley’s 5-year anniversary at PBC.

Not just a milestone to celebrate, Jim also celebrated his promotion to Director of Project Management in May 2024.

Backed by 20 years of industry experience, Jim has built a reputation for his passion for large-scale cut and carve and retrofit projects, bringing a solutions-focused approach to tackling technical issues.

Over his 5 years at PBC, Jim has delivered some huge projects, including the 98,000 sq ft retrofit and extension to 9 Prescot Street (The Artesian), Munich RE’s 100,000 sq Cat B fit out at 10 Fenchurch St, and 240,000 sq ft of Cat B fit out for WPP France’s Paris HQ building.  Most recently, he is leading a complex 60,000 sq ft retrofit project at Marylebone.

Beyond project delivery, Jim is a driving force behind PBC’s tech innovation. From the rollout of our PBC Connect platform to continuously exploring new AI tools that streamline client processes, Jim is always looking for smarter ways to work.
