This month, we’re thrilled to celebrate Tamsin Parker’s 5th anniversary with PBC!
Tamsin joined PBC five years ago, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the refurbishment and fit-out of commercial offices. In that time, she has built a strong track record delivering a broad range of projects including various CAT A, B & cut and carve commercial refurbishments for Thamesbank Properties, Orchard Street Asset Management and Columbia Threadneedle to name a few.
Some of her notable CAT A full building refurbishment projects include 8 Bourdon St, 11-12 Great Sutton St alongside various high end CAT B projects. Tamsin’s current projects include working on a multi-purpose refurbishment project along Regents Canal and a new bespoke aparthotel development in York.
With over 10 years of industry experience behind her, Tamsin has become a key member of the PBC team, valued not only for her project delivery but for her ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
The past year has been a particularly significant for Tamsin. In April 2025, she achieved her chartered membership with the CIOB, a notable career milestone, before going on to her well-earned promotion to Associate Director, all a testament to her hard work.
Beyond her core project work, Tamsin has also made a real impact in her role as one of PBC’s mental health ambassadors, playing a vital role in promoting wellbeing across the business with her proactive, positive and supportive mindset.
