Moving into our second decade of projects, The Courtyard, Primrose Hill (2018), saw PBC provide project management on a scheme delivering 39 luxury apartments for The Pears Group. Set within a characterful courtyard, the development sits in one of North London’s most desirable neighbourhoods.
At the other end of the scale, PBC took on project management of a 100,000 sq ft fit-out at 240 Blackfriars Road (2019), one of Southwark’s most recognisable glass towers. The commercial fit-out reflects growing demand for large, flexible workspace in central London. Similar in scope, Rose Court, London (2023), saw PBC manage a 240,000 sq ft building refurbishment and fit-out, while a Media Campus in Paris (2023) involved a 270,000 sq. f.t CAT B fit-out, a compelling demonstration of our capability to deliver complex projects internationally.
Heritage work continues to feature prominently in our portfolio, with a condition survey of the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral in Mayfair (2019), a Grade II listed building, standing as a notable example.
More recently, we provided project management and employers agent services for a flex fit-out at 19 Wells Street (2025), a Grade II listed Art Deco building in the heart of Fitzrovia, sensitively balancing its historic character with the demands of modern occupiers and contemporary, fully managed workplace requirements.
The industrial and logistics sector is represented by two significant projects, managing the 150,000 sq. ft. distribution centre extension for Penguin Random House in Colchester (2022) and providing fund monitoring on a 220,000 sq ft unit for ELeather at Peterborough Gateway (2019), two very different clients united by the need for efficient, large-scale delivery.
In the hospitality sector, PBC provided technical due diligence surveys, project management and cost management for The Loxley Collection (2022), a portfolio of boutique hotels including Polurrian on the Lizard, The White Hart and The Victoria Hotel. Separately, PBC continue to deliver project and cost management services on behalf of Lamington Group for the room2 Hotel in Piccadilly, York (2025), a new-build 116-room hometel bringing a contemporary aparthotel concept to the historic city. The property will be 100% electric, powered by low-carbon renewable energy, offering guests a carbon-neutral stay.
Moving onto our PBC specialist Building Safety and Compliance services. In 2025, we delivered contract administration services for the recladding of New Providence Wharf, a prestigious mixed-use riverside development in Blackwall (E14), offering luxury apartments with views of the River Thames and Canary Wharf. It features a 24-hour concierge, landscaped gardens, a Radisson Blu hotel, and exclusive resident amenities including a 25m pool, gym, and the 43rd-floor Sky Garden. As a high-rise building, building safety and compliance has become increasingly prominent in line with the regulations under The Building Safety Act 2022. Interesting fact this project had the largest scaffolding in Europe!
Further demonstrating our credentials in this space, PBC were appointed by Ballymore Group to provide project management, contract administration, and cost management services for fire reinstatement works at Pan Peninsula, Canary Wharf (2020). Following a balcony fire on the 37th floor of the West Tower, caused by a barbecue, the fire caused damage to the balcony cladding, the bespoke curtain walling and the apartment’s glazed systems.
Also in Northwest London, PBC delivered project monitoring services at West Hampstead Central (2023), a new-build residential and commercial development.
Finally, PBC continues to provide project management services for a new motorway service development with outline planning consent at J5a of the M42, Solihull, on behalf of Extra MSA Group. Our journey began in 2023 and we have moved to the pre-construction phase, following the client purchasing the site in April 2026, with completion due in 2029.
