Since it was established at the end of 2019, our Cost Consultancy Department has been busy providing expert advice on a number of flagship projects for both existing and new clients.

Throughout the Covid-19 restrictions, our team has ensured that the financial impact on completed and ongoing projects have been successfully mitigated. This includes ensuring close cost control at all stages, by undertaking renegotiation of contractor contracts where appropriate, and by providing professional cost advice to funds and other lenders.
