Having worked within the property and construction industry for over 30 years on both client side and in private practice, Richard has gained extensive experience of managing construction projects and liaising with Clients, Consultants, Tenants, Residents and on-site Personnel and still remains passionate about industry and more importantly, building things right.

Originally from a trade background and having been a qualified Building Surveyor, Richard has a thorough understanding of the construction process and brings this combined experience to every project he Project Manages. Richard can also draw upon his professional experience gained working on Commercial projects (Motorway Service Areas, Petrol Filling Stations, Retail Outlets and Warehouses);  Office Refurbishment/Remodelling and Fit-out projects; Housing development (both Social and Private sectors) and Education projects.

Away from work, Richard is a keen golfer, playing off a handicap of 15. He is also a qualified PADI open water scuba diver (although he only dives in warmer climes!) and for his sins, he has supported West Ham Utd through their ups and downs (mostly downs) since the age of 7.
